Recipe:
- Fry Mustard, curry leaves, onions and Vegetable or Vegetable Vathal in an edible oil.
- Add tamarind paste/juice, 1 spoon AR FOODS Vathal kulambu powder, and salt to taste and boil. Optional: you can also add tomatoes and coconut paste to your taste).
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty Vathal kulambu is ready to serve.
