Recipe:
- Fry 200gm small onion in 200gm edible oil in a cooking pot.
- Add 50gm AR FOODS biriyani masala and mint leaves and stir it well.
- Now add 3 tomatoes, 1kg chicken/Mutton or ½ kg Vegetables/ Mushroom and fry well.
- Add 1 cup of curd and stir it well.
- Add 1kg Biriyani rice, salt to taste and 1 spoon lemon juice and cook till rice is cooked. Tasty Biriyani is ready to serve.
(Note: For basmati rice add water in the ratio of 1 glass of rice: 2 glasses of water. For seeraga samba rice add water in the ratio of 1 glass of rice: 11/2 of glass of water)
